I'd suggest two options...
a) the easiest thing to do is to go to the online help and search for it
b) if you need the manual (for your students), I'd suggest it must be in
one of the brown books, i.e. I'm guessing that it was introduced after the
SCL manual was produced (for V6.08) and that it will be in one of the
brown books that describe each new release's features. Sorry I can't tell
you which one but I don't recall which version of SAS introduced the
filedialog function
