Hi

The following works with version 9 & 10 (I do not remember if it works with earlier version):

1) Double click on one of the crosstab to enter edit mode. 2) Right click on the table and select Tablelooks 3) Click Edit Look... 4) Select the Printing Tab 5) Tick the lines Rescale wide table to fit page and Rescale long table to fit page 6) Click OK 7) Click Save Look... 8) Select a name and path 9) go in your syntax file and add the following line before running your crosstabs:

SET TLOOK='path and name of file saveed in step 8 above.tlo'.
