Danish legislation (and soon I belive all of EU) requires, that all access to datafiles containing Social Security Numbers should be logged.

This is especially true for large governmental datasets, in fact the Danish government requires this to implement any software program, that accesses databases with personal information. The Danish Ministery of Justice, and others, needs such functions to allow SPSS as an analytical application.

Does SPSS have any modules or other types of code, that facilitates this operation?
