Mind you: you have to order the DBMS specific section from SI separately even though you get the binder and other contents with your SAS/ACCESS license.

In our case SI didn't know about the separate section at all until I told them about a missing chapter and then they also tried to charge for the DBMS specific section, which I though was rather blunt.
