Alice,

Starting with v7 (maybe before) PROC DBLOAD is getting retired in favor of PROC EXPORT. By retired I mean that no further development work will occur; however, it will still work for compatibility sake.

To answer your question, PROC DBLOAD is documented in the SAS/ACCESS binder. I write binder because that's how it arrives - in a three-ring binder. Each DBMS has it's own particular nuances and syntax. So, each has its own section in the binder.
