I would suggest looking for some summary texts on these analyses. The Sage books found on this page http://www.sagepub.co.uk/shopping/catalogue.asp?catalogueid=236 regarding your topic can be used to give you a vocabulary that will give you access to SAS manual index keywords that will lead you further into the abyss. With luck, you are, or are working, with a statistician who know what he or she wants in these areas.
