Subject:      Problem to deal with the missing value for PROC LIFEREG?

If I want missing values for covariates not to be dropped from analysis in
the survial regression(PROC LIFEREG), is there better way to do this? Is
there a way to indicate in the CLASS statement that observations with
missing covariate valuew are not dropped? Any suggestion is highly
appreciated in advance!
