Entry Level Relocation: Provided ******************************** Job Description: This entry-level Associate Quantitative Analyst position opportunity will enable a candidate to initiate their career within a Marketing Research Group populated with M.S./Ph.D's. This Research Group supports business units within a major multi-billion dollar corporation and is located in a bucolic area of Connecticut.

This position is responsible for performing multivariate statistical analyses on a variety of projects. This includes probability models, loss experience and rating analysis, operations research projects, and identification of key variables and relationships.

Areas of Principal Accountability

Perform Marketing Segmentation/Operations Research Analyses · Provide statistical modeling expertise to identify key variables and relationships while developing probability models for performance prediction. · Estimate probable loss experience for new markets or products and expectations for variations based on age or geography. · Work with databases to identify, extract, and analyze data using SAS skills.

Requirements/Skills:

BS/BA preferably in a quantitative discipline such as Applied Economics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, or Finance. As this is an entry-level position, no relevant work experience is required.

Other Skills:

· Must be able to operate effectively in a interdisciplinary environment · Must be flexible and be able to occasionally work on multiple projects. · Individual should be able to develop the ability to effectively communicated results, both orally and in writing.

Relocation assistance will be provided. Salary range of $40K-$50K is commensurate with this entry-level position.
