Looks like the AnswerNet search engine is back in business
now. When I tried searching on the phrase "poisson
regression" within the SPSS Base under Option Two, I found
two solutions, one of them being 100006204.
In general, "browsing" on any topic would require a
sufficiently broad search phrase under Option Two or a
Question Type under option one. You can then inspect
the results set returned by title for Solutions relevant
to your question.
I hope this helps,

There does seem to be a problem with the AnswerNet database today. Not only
are free text searches not working, but I was unable to select a Question
Type under the first search option.

Is there a way to browse spss answer net articles? Tried to duplicate =
David Nichols' search of poisson regression or poisson regression in =
genlog. No luck, but entering Solution number 100006204 gave an article =
titled poisson regression in SPSS Genlog. Not sure of the value of the =
answer net if it can't locate a title this close to the search phrase. =
