What if some kind person were to setup a petition on their web site
(Charles--those thumbs healed yet?) that could be submitted to the publishing
dept at SI? Clearly, if they see there is a demand for it (I'm assuming now),
they might resurrect the cards :)
Any other ideas?

Absolutely: very usefull! I still have 2 copies of the 2nd edition. and I
probably can find room on my desk for the 3rd edition.
But the cards take up even less space and weigh far less when taken along
on a trip for good nighttime reading :)
so how do we go about bringing the cards back to life?
