Job Description: • Responsible for timely and accurate responses to ad hoc analytic requests from user groups. • Develop user specifications necessary to meet the informational needs of various departments. • Plan and implement overall reporting for the group. • Help develop the report writing tools necessary to support user informational needs. • Provide technological guidance on report writing. • Develop quality control processes to ensure the integrity of All reporting. • Identify and recommend database improvements vis a vis reporting capabilities. • Work with the company’s systems to enhance regular feeds from production systems. • Oversee day to day functions of 2 analysts. • Partner with user groups to help meet their short and long term info needs. • Provide campaign tracking information on a monthly basis. • Identify and recommend database information on a monthly basis. • Develop internal campaign management reporting capabilities. • Bachelor’s degree. 5+ years database experience. • Knowledge of databases and the banking industry a plus. • Project and people management skills a plus. • Have a proficiency in SQL, Hart Hanks, Cognos and/or Access.
