can we vote on the annual SASWARE ballot to have a KARMA function included in
v8.3?  Or, is it worthy of a PROC?  Will it return an eight-byte numeric
variable containing sum of one's data analytic errors?  Perhaps an option to
the KARMA function can store the accumulated debt from SAS session to SAS
session?
