I'm on the 'maintenance agreement,' and I never got
it, despite SPSS promises. I guess I'll have to
remind them, but I've been on the "maintenance
agreement" for about six years, and I've never gotten
anything automatically. I've always had to call,
sometimes several times, to get the updates.
If it weren't for the quality of the product and
technical support - and the fact that I have hundreds
of datasets in SPSS format - I'd switch to something
So it goes.
