I'm looking for the code for the GLIMMIX macro, as presented in Littell, et.
al. SAS  <http://www.sas.com/apps/pubscat/bookdetails.jsp?catid=1&id=148>
System for Mixed Models.

The SAS web site has the code for the examples used in the book
<http://ftp.sas.com/samples/A55235> , but not the GLIMMIX and NLINMIX
macros. Since GLIMMIX is 25 pages of code, I'd rather not chance mis-typing
it if it is available somewhere.
