Subject: significance level in spsss ouput

Can anyone help me resolve a simple problem. Sometimes SPSS prints the significance level at .000 on output. Is there a way to get the complete significance level. If you have output that's already been run, how do you report such a significance level? Is it appropriate to report it as p<.05? Thanks. Rose
