Are you saying that we Yanks should adopt metric and give up
English units? We've been trying that for, what, 30 years and
I believe we are more entrenched in English units now than we
were when these issues were first being discussed. I don't
know how many billions (of any kind) of dollars are wasted
or how many spacecraft we will slam into Mars because we insist
in holding on to YOUR system of weights and measures. Okay,
so you Brits gave up your system in favor of the metric system
quite some time ago. Still, IT IS YOUR FAULT THAT WE ARE STUCK
WITH THESE DUMB BASE 12 AND BASE 16 SYSTEMS. You must hold
yourselves accountable for our intransigence! ;-)
