Hello Gordon.

Enterprise Guide offers a drag and drop interface to SAS modules including Graph. It is a client install and the server piece is called Integration Technologies.

Not sure what your environment is though but this is an Enterprise solution. You can install Enterprise Guide on your desktop to access locally stored data as a means to easily aggregate data, run analyses and quickly produce graphics. It also saves the code for you which is a good resource in case you want to tweak it yourself or just learn by example.
