Hi,
It is quite easy to do. Here are specific instructions, (but note that
since my version of Word is in German, I am giving a rough
translation, so names may differ slightly on your version).
To get the toolbar that changes the direction of pages numbers and
text boxes visible on your screen go to: View > Toolbar > and click
on Tables and Frames. Here you will see the function that switches
the direction of text (an 'A' symbol with arrows).
Go: Insert > Pages numbers >click on 'Header' and 'Right'.
Then: View > Header and Footer > Highlight your page number >
Click on the Icon that switches the direction of the text and Viola!
