Subject:      Datastream

Does anyone has experience with extracting data from the Datastream
application of Thomson Financial. The problem is that with the recent
upgrade the application is not allowing any DDE access anymore but has
now switched to COM.
Does SAS v6.12 support direct access through OLE towards the Active X
controls of the Datastream application?
