Just to confirm, I got an e-mail from the SAS web folks apologizing for the
problem and saying they had fixed it.  I resurrected my old copy of
Navigator and tried it myself, and it seems fine.  Just to repeat, the URL

Thanks to the folks at SAS for getting the problem fixed promptly, as well
as to those of you who reported your difficulties.
