An alternative (which I believe is equivalent) is to invoke the broker url without specifying the _program. That will cause the broker to display a page called Application Dispatcher Services. The Application Dispatcher Services page allows you to perform a number of management actions for each Application Service and Load Manager defined in your broker.cfg file.

Is it possible to terminate an application server 8.2 without using the url http://srv/scripts/broker ...../&_program=stop

I use UNIX soloaris and the release SAS 8.2
