As Don Henderson stated, it depends on which version of Notes you have.
In 4.X the only option is using an agent, for which you need a designer
client to build (or a friendly developer).
Then there is the issue of security to have the agent run on the server
automatically;
the alternative is to run the agent manually every so often throughout the
day.
In version 5.x, there are mail Rules (there is a folder to hold 'em) that
you can establish the criteria.
