Hello Graham and other SAS-L friends,
I'm never sure exactly how SAS products are priced in the UK and
elsewhere. Bassett Consulting Services is an SAS Alliance member so we
obtain our copy of AppDev Studio at a substantial discount. Not free but
not painfully expensive. Of course there are other requirements to become
an Alliance Member. IMHO, if your primary interest is SAS, those
conditions are not painful either. The current version of the SAS Alliance
is suppose to be global so I would hope that this information would apply
to my friends in the UK.
Please *don't* write to me and ask how much. Both our friends in Cary and
I prefer that you contact them, not the Mad Doggy for pricing
information. If you follow the partners link on the SAS web site, you can
get more information about the SAS Alliance.
