Subject:      proc import vs proc access and Exel2000 file..

dear SAS-ler,
I could find any ref in SAS-L... and I am sorry to ask how to specify a
DBMS EXEL2000 file format in proc Access. I understand this is easy with
proc IMPORT,  but this proc do not have the SKIPROW option which I need
badly. Did any SUGI refere to these two similar procedures repsective
advantages  and subtilities or is proc Access going to be replaced by proc
IMPORT in future SAS versions?
