Subject: Reading the Value of a Frame Variable from Within Model SCL

How can I query the value of a frame variable (that is, not a control) from within model SCL? I have a frame variable called Action, and I need to know whether it's value is "Save" or "Cancel" in the model SCL.

Thanks.
