your preferences are not new, but .... It becomes much easier to customise the dialogs like this in v8 Get there as soon as possible ! .. but if you need a solution for v6, see the archive posting http://listserv.uga.edu/cgi-bin/wa?A2=ind0003B&L=sas-l&P=R3882
