Subject: using proc surveyselect
Content-type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii

Dear sas uers,

I would like to use the procedure surveyselect to extract samples from a population dataset. I would like to perform a 2 stage sampling scheme.

I have individuals within Municipalities within Counties.

I would like to sample more individuals from the most populated municipalities. I have tried unsuccessfully the method=pps option.

Can anyone help?
