Don, et al:
I get Explorer message #404, "file not found" error message. However, when I
run my static sample page, http://yourserver/scripts/test.htm, it returns
the test page to the browser. For some reason the executable is not being
run. I have checked-off the executable permission in the IIS4 permissions
area; the default was script access.
