Yes, the IIS4 web server does define "SCRIPTS" as a virtual directory
pointing to the "<drive>:\inetpub\scripts" directory. I decided to use the
name of "broker" for a virtual directory so that I could import my pages to
any web server machine; the SAS/Intrnet broker might reside on a separate
machine. Thus, my SAS image code looks like this:

Actually, Frontpage is a nice product for generating fast web pages, and the
cost of the product is minimal as it is included in the Office package.
Also, I can have ordinary workers edit content without having to scale a
steep learning curve. I use Textpad to write my SAS code.

I appreciate all the help I can get as I am a civil engineer, not a
full-time programmer. This particular web application provides a "real-time"
view of 76 irrigation sites that are managed through a SCADA system.
Unfortunately, access has been severely curtailed since the 9/11 attacks. An
encrypted VPN is probably on the horizon.
