Note that in this case, some of the problems were caused by digest (with some user-error). I replied to the digest and to the original poster. Apparently, she got her answer from me, and responded to that answer, and had her answer posted in the next digest before my answer ever made it to the digest. In addition, I was careless and forgot to change the subject in my reply, so anyone following by thread would not have seen my answer.

I hope no one avoids the public forum for fear of judgement, this is the nicest, most professionally run, most helpful list I have ever encountered.
