Andre I did some work converting FOCUS to SAS for the FERC (around 1993). Does CA own FOCUS? That was my recollection.

Where we are, it is easier to find SAS programmers than to find FOCUS programmers. And it is pretty difficult to find good SAS programmers! So I'd give it a 10, unless you've got CA on board.
