I've used both. My experience with FOCUS has been that it provides the means to create simple reports fairly easily against data in a variety of formats. But, that is about all I saw from it. I never encountered any statistical or analytical tools. And I found it very, very poor at data processing. Maybe I missed something, but when I wanted to go beyond simple reports, FOCUS fell down. On the other hand, SAS has never let me down.

Anyone out there ever convert a enterprise from FOCUS to SAS users?

On a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being never try it and 10 being well worth the effort, how would you rate it?

Thanks
