There are 2 visits and I want to get the percentage of patients who answered either 1 or 4 for each question by each visit.

foe eg.:

question no. visit % of patients(who scored 1 or 4)

1 1 25%

1 2 35%

2 1 26%

2 2 37% .

.

20 Each of the patients has to answer all the 20 questions which will be scored 1,2,3, & 4. But I need to find the percentage of patients who scored either 1 or 4 only by question & visit.

Thanks,

jet.
