POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
Client
This client is a Biotechnology company involved in drug development. Their
product development quota stands at approximately 20 projects in three
therapeutic focus areas-Oncology, Immunological Disease, and Cardiovascular
Disease.
Permanent position: South San Francisco, CA
Job Title: CRA Trainer (Senior Clinical Trial Manager or Sr. CTM)
Salary: $75,000 and $90,000 with paid relocation expenses.
Job Description:
* Deliver effective orientation and training of new Unit
staff, as well as continued professional development for existing employees.
* Identify training needs within the Unit and implement
programs to most effectively meet those needs including needs identified as
a result of GCP Audits.
* Train staff on new processes and technology implementation
within the Unit to improve performance.
Candidate Requirements:
* BS/BA in Life Science, or related discipline, or equivalent
job experience.
* Minimum 4 years industry experience in drug development,
training, and/or commercialization preferred.
Client
This client is a CRO whose experience covers all major therapeutic areas,
with particular focus in anti-infectives, cardiovascular, central nervous
system (neurology and psychiatry), and oncology. This client has consciously
sought and recruited individuals with specific skills and experience in
these important areas across all the relevant functions - clinical
operations, biometrics, medical support, and so on.
Permanent position: Based in San Bruno, California with travel required.
Job Title: Clinical Research Associate
Salary: $75,000 and $90,000 with paid relocation expenses.
Job Description:
* Responsibilities will primarily involve management of
assigned investigational study sites including: pre-study, initiation,
in-progress monitoring and study close out site visits.
* Approximately 60% travel, and you will typically be assigned
to one project at a time.
Candidate Requirements
* B.S. degree in the life sciences or nursing
* Minimum six months experience monitoring pharmaceutical
clinical trials.
Permanent position: Mountain View, California with travel required.
Job Title: Clinical Research Associate Manager/Principal CRA
Salary: $80,000 and $95,000 with paid relocation expenses.
Job Description:
* The successful candidate will be reporting to the Director
of Clinical Development.
* Responsibilities will include managing the staff and
activities of clinical studies in a manner that ensures all timeframes and
targets are met and that costs are kept under control.
Candidate Requirements
* The qualified candidate will have at least 4-5 years of
monitoring experience and must be willing to participate in monitoring
activities.
* The successful candidate must be an expert in all phases of
a study - Investigator selection, set-up, initiation, monitoring and study
close-out.
* Must be willing to travel up to 50%.
