I have been looking for this kind of opportunity for long time. I have
extensively search through school web pages. I think there is 'no' school in
USA which offers distance learning Ph.D. program in
Statistics/Biostatistics/Epidemiology/Public Health. But there are a number
of schools which offer distance learning MS/MA program in those area. Some
of them are known to be good schools.
