MAXFILEPROC (1000)
running on os/390 2.10. I was trying out EJB but problem occurs when I
switch on TCPIP=YES, regardless of IIOPLISTNER setting.
Even after abend region appears to work ok.
Is your CICS Region a superuser?

This is not ocurring on my CICS/TS 2.2 systems (currently at z/os 1.1 but
migrating to z/os 1.3 today).
Could it be related to sys1.parmlib BPXxx statements?

Have you inserted the new MAXSOCKETS SIT parameter ?
If not using EJB yet IIOPLISTENER=NO SIT ?
