I don't believe you can do so, at least not using routines that come with the program. However, you can do this in the current version of Stata. A new book, AN INTRODUCTION TO SURVIVAL ANALYSIS USING STATA by Mario Cleves William Gould and Roberto Gutierrez, published by Stata Press, 2002, will tell you how.
