Subject:   Version 9 questions

I got some promo material on v. 9 at the recent JSM. I've also seen some posts here from people who are using a test version of 9, or something....

Two questions:

1) It says v.9 will ship "next year"; this is kinda vague. Is there a more specific date?

2) There is a brief paragraph saying that v9 will have some power and sample size procedures; does anyone know more about this?

Thanks
