I was afraid it was something like that. The SAS web site led me to believe that the learning edition would be fully functional.............. Another reason to stick with MATLAB.

Your help is sincerely appreciated. Now I can quit tearing out what is left of my 53 year old hair. I was afraid I had screwed up the installation or something.
