Subject: graph express and sas v8.2

Hello, Perhaps there are on the list some people who have Graph Express an graphical add-on from spss for Sas. Since middle of august, when we want to change the soft from pc computer i fall on a elementary problem under Windows 2000 and sas actual version (v8.2) Grapgh express is not more working even if reinstallation seems OK The help desk of spss suggest some hints like changing TEMP environment variable contents or creating empty log file in advance. But it appear that it is the soft himself that suppress 2 log files automatically and after claim for those scratched files.

Do you have encounter the same problem?

Now more than one month later, does the spss support gave no more answer or patch. Perhaps must we consider this product like obsolet!

TIA

Andre
