Subject:   Can anyone give me suggestions about analyzing survey data ?

Hi all, I have a dataset, a part of it is to investigate the relationship between the age groups and their job satisfaction. For simplicity, let D=dissatisfied, N=no opinion and S=satisfied The details are as following:

Age group: 20-40 items D N S salary 12 22 6 working hours 25 12 3 working environment 24 10 6

Age group: 41-60 items D N S salary 13 20 7 working hours 28 10 2 working environment 23 13 4

I think SAS can help me create a summary table for these data, but how to achieve it? After creating the summary table, what tests are appropriate to analyze this kind of ordinal data and how to achieve these tests in SAS?

Thanks all of you giving me valuable suggestions!!

Regards, YCF
