Hi

If outliers have been identified (say variable outlier=1 for outliers, and =0 for other cases) all you have to do to delete outliers is enter

EXECUTE. SELECT IF outliers=0.

If what you want is replace the vaue of outliers by other values, see examples in http://pages.infinit.net/rlevesqu/SampleSyntax.htm#Outliers
