-does the note include the message that was not delivered?
-is it a post to SAS-L or a message you sent?
-there have been problems with hotmail addresses lately; a good deal of
mail has been bounced from good addresses. this seems to happen in waves,
so I'm sure the mail admins are having a terrible time with it.
