Hi Tony, AEXZ is very often due to storage violation. Have a look to the trace in AEXZ dump of your transaction to see what is the CICS command last executed. Then check all involved storage areas. Good luck. Michel.

Hi List,

I have a CICS Transaction that DEFINES a PROCESS say PROC1 and terminates OK.

Then, another Transaction runs ACQUIREs PROCESS(PROC1) OK but then abends.

After, this any attempt to ACQUIRE PROC1 resutls in abend AEXZ.

Anyone any idea why this should be - or how I resolve it?

Regards
