Hello all,

I know I can use the 'NUMBER' command to transform a string variable in a numerico format. But I have a lot of variables, say, var001 to var100 in string format, and I want they all in Numeric format with new names varn001 to varn100. Is there a quick way to do that, other than using the NUMBER command 100 times?

What if I want different formats for each variable?

Is there a way to change from string to numerc format without creating news variables, that is, like when I recode in the same variable?

Thanks,

Marcos
