Very true! I think the best quick solution the original poster can hope for is to use your macro code with nomprint, nomlogic, nosymbolgen, nosource, nosource2, ???. Although it would be nasty to debug, if a problem arose.

Perhaps also embedding a proc printto into a secure write-only directory?

Caveat Emptor: I have been working on OpenVMS, therefore my security concerns are reaching an acute level. :) There are many good options for increasing the security, but as you say, none are impermeable.
