Hi
a bit of a success for the sas system viewer !
While the winNT sas v8.1 session could not read the data
ERROR: Write access to member T.COLFAC.DATA is denied.
The same data _was_ able to be displayed by viewer
version 8.2.1.0
As it can display the data, I was able to save it to a delimited
text file. The attributes display was cut&pasted as cards
for a convenient way of loading metadata, which sql delivered
to help the reloading data step.
I will have to get confirmation that the content is adequate
and discover what indexes need to be rebuilt ..........
Can you see the weaknesses in the approach ?
