A meeting to restart the Charlotte Area SAS Users Group will take place
Friday, December 6th at 220 North Tryon Street, 3d Floor, Charlotte North
Carolina. (The Mint Museum of Crafts and Design building.) There will be
morning and afternoon sessions, 9-12 and 1:30-4.30, each with the same
agenda. For directions and parking information go to

Agenda:
1. Discussion and call for a volunteers: "How Do We Restart the Charlotte
Area SAS Users Group?" What should be the purpose and role of the group,
should we have a formal or informal structure, how often and where should we
meet, dues or not, an email or hardcopy newsletter, etc.
2. Presentation by Bernadette Johnson of The Blaze Group: "Moving Your SAS
Output from Default to Dynamic."
3. Presentation by Andrew Karp of Sierra Information Services: "Tips and
Techniques for PROC MEANS."
Attendees who bring two cans of food for the Second Harvest Food Bank of
Metrolina will be eligible for door prizes that include SAS manuals,
t-shirts, and coffee mugs.
Plan now to attend so that you can discuss with other area SAS users ways
that we can create a local user group that will be an effective resource for
all of us.
