Hi and Happy Holidays to all

I've been asked to calculate the "biological variation" of a drug. I have 4 different tests measuring drug levels in 12 patients, with each test repeated on 4 different days in each patients. Can anyone refer me to an example I can follow to get this accomplished? Thanks for any help.

Jeff
