I'm having troubles connecting to an external database through SPSS.  My co-worker is able to do so and as far as I can tell, the configuration of our ODBC drivers is identical.  I was able to do this before so I'm a bit puzzled.  I've tried updating (to v.11.5.0), uninstalling and reinstalling, deleting the drivers and creating new ones, using my login on my co-worker's machine (it works), using his login on my machine (it doesn't).  I've also tried searching the help files on the SPSS.com site and sending a message to SPSS Support via the website (didn't receive an answer or acknowledgement of my submission).

My next option is to call... but thought I would try the list first to see if anyone has run across this.  (Using Win98, in case that helps.)

Error message I'm receiving:
Specified driver could not be loaded due to system error 1157(SPSS OEM 3.70 32-BIT Oracle8).
